Universal Glow Illuminating Eye Cream combines active ingredients with luminous pearls to help reduce the appearance of dark circles and puffiness. This lightweight, nourishing formula helps visibly brighten the under-eye area and creates a soft-focus effect. It also creates the perfect canvas for flawless concealer application, helping it glide on smoothly and stay looking fresh and radiant all day.

 

Use every morning on clean skin. Dispense a pea-sized amount onto the under-eye area and glide the cooling applicator back and forth to apply. Gently massage with your fingertip using light circular and tapping motions, avoiding the lash line. For an extra cooling effect, finish by gliding the applicator over the area to help reduce the appearance of puffiness if desired.
