Shipping and Delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland 
DPD Express €7.95 - delivery in approximately 1-3 working days once dispatched. 

An Post €4.95 - delivery times may vary. 
Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs. 

Orders over €50 in Ireland and Northern Ireland qualify for free An Post shipping. 

Online Gift Voucher purchases do not qualify towards free shipping.

We aim to fulfill your order as soon as possible, please allow extra time during peak periods such as sales and the holiday season. 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order at www.anpost.ie or www.dpd.com.

UK and International Orders 
Delivery times may vary for international destinations depending on courier and current transit times. 

We ship to most destinations worldwide – shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed once your order arrives at the destination country. Please note that your delivery agent may contact you to inform you and collect costs owed. Poco Beauty is not liable for additional duty or tax fees on orders. If you choose to decline to pay fees owed and not accept the delivery, you must request the package is returned to sender. A refund will be processed once your return is received by Poco Beauty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Online Returns
Purchases from our website can be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

Items purchased from 17th November 2025 can be returned through 17th January 2026. Purchases made after 17th December 2025 can be returned within 30 days of delivery.  Shipping costs are non refundable. 

Poco Beauty will only accept returned products that are unopened, unused and in original boxes. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item.

Brown Thomas, Arnotts and Airport Returns
Items purchased through our retail partners (Brown Thomas, Arnotts and Airport Duty Free) must be returned directly through the seller from whom the item was purchased. These orders are processed separately from purchases made directly with us, and we are unable to accept or process returns from our retail partners by mail. Please contact the seller directly to initiate your return and refund. Proof of purchase and the seller’s return policy apply.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be arranged once your return is received - provided your return meets our return policy and stock is available. If stock is not available, a refund will be arranged for you.

Order Changes/Cancellations:
Please email us right away if you need to amend or cancel your order and we will do our best to make the required changes. 

Unfortunately, if the order has already been processed or during peak holiday or sale periods, this may not be possible. We are unable to make any changes to an order that has already been dispatched.
