Shipping and delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland
An Post €5.50 - delivery times may vary.
DPD Express €6.50 - delivery in approximately 1-3 working days once dispatched.
Orders over €50 in Ireland and Northern Ireland qualify for free shipping.
Online Gift Vouchers do not qualify towards free shipping.
We aim to fulfil your order as soon as possible, please allow extra time for fulfilment and shipping during peak periods such as sales and the holiday season.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
UK and International Orders
Delivery times may vary for international destinations depending on courier and current transit times.
We ship to most destinations worldwide – shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed once your order arrives at the destination country. Please note that your delivery agent may contact you to inform you and collect costs owed. Poco Beauty is not liable for additional duty or tax fees on orders.
You may be required to pay additional fees or customs on orders valued over £135 (including shipping) to the United Kingdom. You can read more about tax and customs fees for deliveries to the UK Here.
If you choose to decline to pay fees owed and not accept the delivery, the cost of returning the package will be deducted from your refund.
Returns can be made within 30 days of delivery. Poco Beauty will only accept returned products that are unopened, unused and in original boxes. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item.

Exchanges can be arranged once your return is received - provided your return meets our return policy and stock is available. If stock is not available, a refund will be arranged for you.
