The Role: Marketing Executive

We're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes beauty, understands the power of brand storytelling and is excited to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

You’ll play a key role in supporting and executing integrated marketing campaigns - from new product launches to always-on content and social activity. With a strong focus on TikTok and short-form video, you'll help us stay ahead of the curve, reach new audiences, and deepen engagement with our community.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and retail channels.
    • Support go-to-market plans for product launches - coordinating timelines, messaging, assets and internal teams.
    • Own the TikTok calendar: ideate, brief, and help create content that drives reach and relevance.
    • Support day-to-day execution of content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), including scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
    • Work closely with creative and design teams to develop assets that bring campaigns to life.
    • Collaborate with PR and influencer leads on seeding programs and creator partnerships.
    • Monitor campaign performance and share insights and recommendations through regular reports.
    • Stay up to date with beauty trends, platform updates, and evolving customer behaviours.

     

    What We're Looking For

    • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role - ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
    • A strong grasp of marketing fundamentals and campaign coordination.
    • A passion for beauty and a sharp eye for what resonates with modern audiences.
    • A deep understanding of TikTok - you know the trends, formats, and what makes content land.Experience managing social platforms and collaborating on content.
    • Organised, proactive and great at juggling multiple tasks.
    • Strong communication skills - written, visual, and verbal
    • A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to the table and isn’t afraid to try something new.

    Bonus Skills

    • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok Creative Centre.
    • Exposure to influencer marketing or creator partnerships
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms or basic performance marketing principles.
