The Role: Junior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who loves design, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a strong interest in beauty, branding and digital storytelling.

You’ll support our Senior Designer and wider marketing team across a wide range of creative projects - from social media assets and email graphics to packaging updates, product launches, and campaign visuals. If you have a sharp eye, a strong sense of style, and are excited to help shape how our brand is seen and experienced, this could be the perfect next step in your design career.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Design on-brand assets for social media, email, digital campaigns, website, and more.
    • Assist in the creation and rollout of product packaging and print collateral.
    • Support the maintenance of visual brand consistency across all channels.
    • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to bring campaigns to life through thoughtful design.
    • Contribute to campaign mood boards, design mockups, and creative brainstorming sessions.
    • Help organise and manage design templates, guidelines, and shared assets.
    • Stay tuned into visual trends - especially in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle - and bring inspiration back to the team.

    What We're Looking For

    • 1–2 years of design experience, including internships or freelance (ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle).
    • A strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic and understanding of layout, typography, and digital formats.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or other design tools a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working in a team and contributing to creative conversations.
    • A passion for design, beauty, and creating visuals that resonate with real people.
