Velvet eye kohl is an ultra pigmented, velvet smooth eye kohl to make eye makeup easier than ever. This eyeliner features the perfect blend of waxes for a luxuriously smooth application. This formula allows for easy blending, no tugging or skipping just a smooth glide everytime before setting to a comfortable, demi-matte finish.

Velvet Eye Kohl makes using an eye liner super easy. The smooth texture melts seamlessly around the lash line.

I love a traditional wood pencil, it’s my favourite type to use. I like that you can get it sharp and brand new on each application. I blend it out with my fingers or I love to use our Seamless Sculpt 03 Eye Brush for that lived in smudged look.
